When I fill my gas tank, the car hesitates and stalls for the first 5 to 20 miles on local streets. It happens whether I fill to the automatic shut off or the station "Tops off" The tank.

I can no longer fill my gas tank to the "Full" Level , if I do, my car randomly stalls out while driving or making any kind of turn, with out any warning or notification in the dash board .

After filling the gas the car will sputter and stall. I always use 91-93 octane fuel from the kroger fuel stations, and when leaving the last few times I've had problems getting up to speed without the car getting to speed or stalling.

Brakes failed at a low rate of speed under 10 MPH. Brake malfunction light illuminated and brake pedal became hard. Brakes subsequently failed, causing vehicle to not slow down, causing a crash.

Tl* the contact owned a 2006 Chrysler 300. While driving 35 MPH, the contact's vehicle was struck head on by another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. Both vehicles were destroyed, the contact was injured on the right shoulder and left arm.
