While driving, my driver seat headrest deployed. There was no collision to activate the headrest to deploy. It did so spontaneously. This could have caused a major accident due to me being startled.

driver's seat headrest deployed while I was driving. I cannot put it back in place because some internal plastic parts have broken off. The passenger seatbelt sensor keeps going off as if the passenger has not buckled the seat belt.
