RETURNED TO POLLARDS CHEV. FOR OIL LEAD 3 TIMES, ONLY SLOW IT DOWN. AFTER DRIVING VEHICLE ABOUT 20 MILES AND/OR WARM UP I WOULD STOP AT RED LIGHT AND THE RPM'S WOULD SURGE 2 TO 4 THOUSAND. LELK INSIDE CAB ABOVE BRAKE PEDAL.
