TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL GAUGE FAILED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THEY STATED THAT A SENSOR IN THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.

CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A HEAD ON CRASH AT 65 MPH, AND REAR ENDED. UPON IMPACT, FRONTAL AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. DRIVER AND A CHILD SUSTAINED INJURIES, AND THEY WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE LOCAL HOSPITALS BY PRIVATE VEHICLE.

WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH CONSUMER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND IT CRASHED INTO A GUARD RAIL. UPON IMPACT, BOTH FRONTAL AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. ONE OF THE PASSENGERS SUSTAINED MAJOR INJURIES, AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL.
