CONSUMER'S WIFE WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 35MPH ON THE HIGHWAYAND ANOTHER VEHICLE DIDN'T YIELD AND VEERED INTO HER VEHICLE, AND FORCE HER OFF THE ROAD. THEN SHE WENT INTO A UTILITY POLE. UPON IMPACT, AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.
