MY 1995 DIESEL SUBURBAN BEGAN RUNNING A LITTLE ROUGH. ONE MORNING JUST AFTER PULLING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY THE ENGINE SUDDENLY SURGED UP TO 3000 RPM AND JUMPED FORWARD.
