TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2017 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHEN THE CONTACT PULLED INTO HIS DRIVEWAY AND PLUGGED IN THE BLOCK HEATER, THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE A FEW MINUTES LATER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.
