TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHEVROLET SIERRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING LESS THAN 10 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL EXTENDED TO THE FLOORBOARD WHEN DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE.
