THE INJURY CONSISTED OF A DISLOCATION OF THE S/I JOINT IN THE HIP AND A DISK PROBLEM IN THE BACK. WHEN WE TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER WE WERE FIRST TOLD THAT THE PART WAS "WORN OUT". THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THE PART WAS "DEFECTIVE".
