The injury consisted of a dislocation of the s/I joint in the hip and a disk problem in the back. When we took the truck to the dealer we were first told that the part was "Worn out". Then we were told that the part was "Defective".

Consumer pulled into a parking lot when smoke began emitting from under the hood. Vehicle then caught on fire under the hood. Transmission fluid was just flushed approximately 1 hour before incident occurred.
