CONTATACTED GM CONCERNING THE PROBLEM. THEY TOLD ME MY VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER CURRENT RECALL OF THIS TYPE VEHICLE EVEN IF MY PROBLEM WAS THE SAME AS STATED IN THE RECALL FOR 1996 VEHICLES.
