TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET EXPRESS 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR BOARD. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE.
