I WAS GETTING INTO THE REAR SEAT OF A BRAND-NEW CHEVROLET FULLSIZE VAN AT THE LA QUINTA INN AT THE APEX IN RALEIGH-DURHAM NC. THERE IS A CIRCULAR DISK OF HARD PLASTIC WHICH HOLDS ON A SMALL BUNGEE WHICH IN TURN HOLDS A CHILD SEAT BELT ADJUSTER.
