I WAS A PASSENGER IN MY OWN VEHICLE AND WE WERE GOING THE SPEED LIMIT EAST BOUND. ANOTHER CAR CAME OUT INFRONT OF MY VEHICLE AND AS WE APPROACHED THE INTERSECTION WE STRUCK THE OTHER VEHICLE AS THERE WAS NO OTHER CHOICE.
