TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CAN-AM SPYDER ROADSTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN NEUTRAL WHEN IT INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED INTO REVERSE AND BEGAN REVERSING. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO DEPRESS THE BRAKES BUT TO NO AVAIL.
