WHILE DRIVING THE FRAME WHICH CONTAINS THE RACK & PINION ASSEMBLY BROKE. THE METAL OF THE FRAME FAILED AND CAUSE THE RACK & PINION UNIT TO BECOME LOOSE CAUSING A LOSS OF STEERING. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED AT A HIGHER SPEED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FATAL.
