THE CONSUMER STATED THAT HE RECEIVED A RECALL BACK IN 1999, IT DEALT WITH HAVING THE BALL JOINTS AND KNUCKLES REPLACED. HE STATED THAT AT THAT TIME, HIS DEALER TOLD HIM THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS VEHICLE AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK.
