When driving vehicle 45 to 55 MPH left mirrior started shaking and vibrating so much that consumer can't see out of the mirrior. The right one is stationery.

When attempting to accelerate throttle is very hard. Consumer has to almost stand on the gas pedal till it breaks loose from the hold. Same problem occurs after every stop. Cause is unknown. Please provide any further information. Ts.
