TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 BUICK RAINIER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SPEEDOMETER STOPPED FUNCTIONING. THE SPEEDOMETER WOULD INDICATE A SPEED OVER 100 MPH WHEN THE CONTACT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN TRAVELING 50 MPH.
