TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1987 (NA) BUICK ELECTRA PARK AVENUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AND FUEL WAS LEAKING UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THE STARTER WAS REPLACED.
