HAND GUARD ROTATED INTO A POSITION THAT RESTRICTED THE BRAKE LEVER FROM FULLY DISENGAGING THE BRAKES. THIS CAUSED THE BRAKES TO OPERATE WHILE THE MOTORCYCLE WAS IN MOTION.
