THE PLASTIC FLANGE ON THE TOP OF THE FUEL PUMP /HOSE COUPLER AREA WAS FOUND TO HAVE ONE RADIAL CRACK WHICH POSSIBLY COULD HAVE RESULTED IN LEAKING FUEL UNDER PRESSURE FROM THE FUEL PUMP.
