Experienced a catastrophic failure of the throttle body cable cam mechanism on the throttle body of the motorcycle.

Fuel strip failure (Measures the amount of fuel in the gas tank). Fuel gage was either off or incorrect. Computer could not calculate distance to empty. It was replaced at dealer. Failed again at 9/10/2012 at 30,000 miles.
