BMW refuses to accomplish brake recall 10V446000. Stated campaign accomplished previously (Several years ago) with another owner but very intermittent brake fail issue still remains, extreme hazard.

As I was arriving to park my BMW I applied the brakes to put it into park but the brakes failed, in result the car drove threw the building. When the rear wheels reached the curbside/sidewalk, it stopped the car, causing the building to get damage.
