TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 BMW 745LI. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE LEFT AND CRASHED INTO A GUARDRAIL. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE SLID TO THE RIGHT AND FLIPPED OVER ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY.
