CONSUMER STATED BATTERY FAILED AND AS A RESULT THE POWER LOCKS FAILED TRAPPING THE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE FOR OVER AN HOUR. *AK THE INDIVIDUAL WHO SUBMITTED THIS COMPLAINT WAS NOT THE CONSUMER BUT WAS THE FIRE CHIEF CALLED TO THE SCENE.
