TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL BECAME STIFF AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND TO DECELERATION ATTEMPTS. THE CONTACT APPLIED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE.
