The car was at the dealership for a second time due to an emissions issue. While there the coolant light came on. After paying for a second evaluation, it was determined that the water pump was failing.

On July 17,2026 my vehicle suddenly overheated. All warning lights came on and I stopped immediately. The car had to be towed to North Atlanta Audi for inspection and repair. I was told the waterpump had failed and corrupted the vacuum lines.

2022-01-21Electrical system, structure21V947000 Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Q5 Sportback, SQ5 Sportback, 2018-2022 Q5, and SQ5 vehicles.
Remedy: Dealers will install a protective cover on the gateway control module and seal an underbody seam as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 21, 2022. Owners may contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834.

2022-09-28Structure22V567000 Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling one 2022 Audi SQ5 Sportback vehicle. The connections that join the metal sheets to form the rear lid may have been improperly connected.
Remedy: A dealer will replace the rear lid, free of charge. The owner notification letter is expected to be mailed September 30, 2022. Owners may contact Audi's customer service at 1-800-253-2834. Audi's number for this recall is 55M6.
