WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD THE VEHICLE WENT TO THE LEFT AND THE STEERING LOCKED UP, THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, CAUSING THE DRIVER TO HIT THE MEDIA IN THE ROAD. THE BRAKES LOCKED UP, AND THE VEHICLE HAS ABS BRAKES.
