Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2019 Audi e-tron vehicles. Moisture can enter the high-voltage battery system through a faulty seal on the charging socket.

Remedy: Audi will notify owners, and dealers will install a new seal and, as necessary, replace the affected system components, free of charge. The recall began September 6, 2019. Owners may contact Audi's customer service at 1-800-253-2834.
