I have noticed significant hesitation when I launch the car from a stop. When the car is completely stopped, and I step on the gas pedal, a lag of 1-3 seconds is observed. Within this time range, the car just idles as-is without moving forward.

I took my Audi 2001 Allroad quattro 2.7T to the dealership to fix the check engine light problem. I was told there is a leak on the valves on top of the gas tank. I am aware there was a recall on that model regarding the gas tank.
